Why are the chairs so cheap?

Great question – we’re clearing our warehouse of these brilliant rocking chairs!

You see, with increasing delivery costs and cheap copies on the market, we can’t compete in today’s market.  We stand by our chairs – they’re amazing – but we lack the resources to take on the big players.

That’s why we’re selling our chairs at cost – so buy quick and save!

Why should I buy the Simply Fabulous Platinum Chair from you, and not other brands on the market?

That’s a really good question!

When our children were babies we knew the advantages of being really comfortable when feeding and nurturing our babies. A rocking reclining chair sounded the perfect solution, but we could not find a chair that was of high quality, comfortable, stylish and at an affordable price.

We actually went to China, met with the manufacturers and went about creating a chair that not only met all of our requirements but was a piece of furniture that would look great in any room of your home. We love the finished product and know you will too.

Our son and daughter-in-law have a “Simply Fabulous” rocking chair. It was so comfortable we bought two and had them shipped to Tassie. Not just for mums, dads and bubs, but great for us retired folk as well.

Do you stock these chairs yourself, or will I have to wait?

We maintain our own stock – your chair will be sent out the same or next day!

If a product is marked as “Sold Out”, we may accept backorders – in which case you’ll be first in line when our next shipment arrives.

How long does it take to receive my purchase?

We strive to make sure your Simply Fabulous chair arrives as quickly as possible, because we don’t like waiting for things just as much as you don’t.

Once your payment has cleared your chair will be shipped within 24 hrs.

If you order on a weekend it will be shipped Monday morning. We will contact you by email with the relevant details.

How long does it take to assemble?

The Platinum chair takes just 30 minutes to assemble. The good news is it is already partially assembled so you just have to put the finishing touches.

Will you deliver to a post box?

For your piece of mind we use a leading courier company to ensure your purchase arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

Unfortunately they DO NOT DELIVER TO A POST BOX.

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and have someone available to take delivery of your purchase. Also, please provide a contact number.

We want you to be sitting in your comfortable rocking chair as soon as possible!
